Predfut Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") provides the Returvia WordPress plugin via returvia.com. By purchasing or using Returvia you agree to these terms.

1. License. A Pro purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use Returvia Pro on the number of sites in your plan (1 for Pro, 5 for Agency) for the license term. The free version is licensed under the GPL.
2. Payments & Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and reseller, which handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
3. Updates & support. An active license includes updates and support for its term. A lifetime license includes updates for the life of the product.
4. Acceptable use. You may not resell or redistribute the Pro code except as permitted by its license. You are responsible for your own site, data, and compliance.
5. No warranty. The software is provided "as is." Returvia reduces manual returns handling and return abuse but does not guarantee prevention of all fraud or losses.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
