The website & checkout

• Payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record and data controller for the transaction. Paddle collects your billing details and applicable taxes; see Paddle's privacy policy.
• We receive from Paddle only what's needed to deliver and support your license (name, email, product, license status).
• If you contact support or subscribe to updates we store your email to reply and to send product news you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across sites.

The plugin (on your own site)

Returvia runs on your WordPress site and processes your customers' return data there. It does not send your customers' data to us or any third party.

Your rights

Email support@returvia.com to access, correct, or delete your personal data. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
