Billing questions
Who am I paying?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your invoice, and calculates and remits any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country. Your statement will show Paddle.
What currency are the prices in?
Prices are listed in USD. Paddle may present a local currency at checkout. The totals above are tax-inclusive — a $99 licence costs $99 wherever you are, with the tax portion broken out on your invoice.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation. Pro covers 1 site, Agency covers 5. You can move a licence between sites at any time from WooCommerce → Returvia → License — deactivate it on the old site and the seat frees up immediately.
What happens when an annual licence expires?
Your site keeps working. Pro features stay switched on until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep the version you have. Renewing restores updates and support.
What does “lifetime” include?
A one-time payment with no renewal, including updates for the life of the product. It covers 1 site, the same as annual Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes — any time before your renewal date, using the link on your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the paid term ends. See our refund policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Do you offer refunds?
